New Functionality of Full Day & Half Day Tour

Employee can also apply Full day & Half day Tour in our login.

See All Dashboards

Now, you can see all dashboards of  all states.
Just click on All Dashboards tab in the menu bar.

New Functionality of Sub Nodal officer

Functionality of Sub Nodal is added in the login of SuperAdmin and Nodal Officer on attendance.gov.in

Using this functionality a nodal officer can create sub nodals in following categories:

 Category 1:  Nodal Officer for all office locations and all divisions of the organization

 Category 2:  Nodal Officer for all divisions in a single office location

 Category 3:  Nodal Officer for single division in all office locations

 Category 4:  Nodal Officer for single division in a single office location

Nodal Officer can generate reports on the basis of the office location and division mapped to him/her.

This is limited to Reports only.

All the existing Nodal Officers come in category 1 i.e Nodal Officer for all office locations and all divisions of the organization

For any changes Nodal Officers may contact Helpdesk.

Forgot Password By SMS

Now, All users can reset password by email or by SMS.

Go to login page and click on forgot password tab and enter username and select mode.

New Functionality for Demographics of employees

Functionality for Demographics of employees in Nodal Officer Login has been uploaded on live server.

In the tab Manage Employees -> KYC Failed Employees. Where Nodal Officers can see the employees, whose demographics has been failed and can update the employees correct  details for Demographics.

Also,In the  Employees login, Employee can update his/her details, Whose demographics has been failed.
Now, Employee can change his/her  profile picture.

New Functionality for Change Employee Profile Picture

Functionality for Change Employee Profile Picture in Employee Login has been uploaded on live server.

 Now, Employee can change his/her  profile picture.



New Functionality for Feedback of employees

Provision for feedback has been integrated.

Blocking an Employee from marking attendance

Functionality of Blocking an Employee from marking attendance is now available in Nodal Officer Login.

For now the blocking reasons are : Retired/Resigned/Expired/Registered under incorrect organization
Also,Nodal officer can block employees of his/her organization only.

Kindly note that the employee must not be blocked in case of transfer(Exception : if attendance id is changing from 6 digit to 8 digit)

User receives '9906-User Blocked by Nodal Officer' Error if he/she tries to mark attendance after being blocked.

Monitoring Group changes for Nodal Officer

Functionalities are added in Nodal and Super Admin Login for Monitoring Group:

Super Admin  : Can view all the groups (active/inactive) created by all organizations, can also deactivate/activate a group

Nodal :  Can view all the groups of his organization and deactivate/activate the same


Following New Feature is added in the Nodal Officer Login w.r.t Monitoring Group

1. Nodal Officer can view all the groups of the organization

2. Nodal Officer can change the owner of a group

3. Nodal Officer can add members higher to his designation in a group

Cancelling Past Leaves/Tours in Nodal Officer Login

Functionality for Cancelling Leave/Tours of past dates are added in Nodal Officer Login.

The Cancelled Leave/Tour can be searched in Approved Leave/Tour Section like before but the status is shown as Cancelled.

Also, In the Attendance Register of the Employee the cancelled date(s) leave/tour is shown as Absent.
